Homelink Lettings is an independent, boutique-style letting agency, offering personalised lettings and property management services across Newport in South Wales, Chepstow in Monmouthshire, and Bristol, benefiting from our unique position on the Welsh-English border.
With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the property industry—as a landlord, estate agent, and tenant—I have personally navigated the challenges faced by landlords and tenants alike. From poor property management to inexperienced agents, from high fees for basic services to a lack of effective communication and customer care, I have witnessed it all. Homelink Lettings was founded with the mission to address these issues head-on. Our goal is to provide a stress-free service with a personal touch, ensuring our clients feel valued and their properties are exceptionally cared for.

A Bit About Me
Originally from Colombia, I bring a wealth of international experience and a vibrant perspective to my work. I am passionate, hardworking, and proud of what I’ve built with Homelink Lettings, alongside my talented team.
Having attended school and worked in Newport, while living in Chepstow, I have an in-depth understanding of the property market across the M4 corridor and into Bristol. This local knowledge enables me to guide clients on where to invest and which areas to approach with caution.
I am fluent in Spanish and a proud mother to two wonderful daughters, one of whom has also chosen a career in property. When I’m not immersed in my work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to Latin music, salsa dancing, kayaking, and exploring new destinations. Yet, property remains my greatest passion.
