What we require

In order to switch agencies you will need to provide your tenancy paperwork or give us the authority to request this from your current agent:

Signed tenancy agreement or occupation contract; deposit paperwork; inventory and check-in report; gas safety record / electrical installation condition report (as applicable); energy performance certificate; management keys; contact details for your tenants.

What notice does your current agent require?

You will find this information in the terms of business that you signed with your current agent when you instructed them to rent your property.


What service are you signed up to?

If your current agent is managing the property and you want to switch then you will need the contact details of your tenant, their references and any documents they provided at the outset of the tenancy.


Lets meet up with you

Initially, we will need to meet with you to go through our terms of business and explain everything that we will be doing for you once we take over the management.


Now we'll meet your current tenants

This will allow us to explain everything to your tenants/ contract-holders, carry out tenant checks (such as including (Right to Rent in England), provide them with a new tenancy agreement/ occupation contract or section 47 & 48 notices or RHW4 & RHW2 if in Wales.
