Let me introduce myself; I am Amalia Protheroe, the owner of Homelink Lettings. I am a landlord myself and that is why I am dedicated to offering the type of service that a responsible landlord wants and needs.

I expect that you want your property to be let out as quickly as possible, to good quality and vetted tenants, and you want to achieve the best rental yield possible. Of course, you want a hassle-free service with minimal void periods between tenancies, just enough time to get the property back to tip-top condition and have your safety checks carried out.

I know it’s really important to you for the rent to be paid on time, for your tenants to look after your property, and avoid any of the myriad of issues that could happen if care and attention are not paramount when selecting your tenants.

This is why I am passionate about helping landlords by letting and managing their property investment as though it was my own property.

I have been blessed to have been in this business for over twenty years, during this time I have helped many landlords build their portfolios and guided them through the increasing and ever-changing laws and regulations of the private rental system.
