As part of your tenancy agreement or occupation agreement, you have a responsibility to report any issues that you find in your rental home. It is imperative that you do this in a timely manner, as any delay could cause “permissive waste” which is where the situation gets worse over time and you could be responsible for any additional work required to rectify the problem. Therefore, for any repairs that are NOT urgent, please use this form to let us know, and we will be in touch once we have a contractor available.
Do not worry, we will ascertain what is urgent in accordance with our guidelines and will do our utmost to get even the smallest problem sorted in the shortest time.
