Many of the properties we let do not come to the open market simply because we are actively securing a new tenant as soon as we receive notice that a property is coming available. It is important, therefore, that you register your details with us, to ensure that you’re the first to hear if a property becomes available that matches your criteria. In a busy lettings market, we will reach out to tenants within minutes of receiving details of a new property and we urge you to view it as quickly as possible in order to secure your new home.
